Order cancellation

You have the right to cancel the order within seven days without giving a reason.
In order to exercise your right to cancel the Order, you must inform us in a timely manner with a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision and in it you must state the name and address of your company, telephone number and e-mail address.
If you want to cancel the order, and you have already made the payment, including shipping costs, please notify us by sending an e-mail to: office@horex.hr Within 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice of cancellation of the order, if is the same justified, we will make a refund in the same way that you used in the original transaction. We will refund after receiving the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notified us of the cancellation of the order. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning mail that can be sent by mail, as well as the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by mail. You must pay for any loss of value of goods only if that loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
